Heute habe ich die 72.29 Km in guten 6 1\/2 Std gemeistert. Die reine Fahrzeit betrug dabei heute 4 Std 14 Min bei einer Durschnittsgeschwindigkeit von 17.1 Km\/h.<\/p>\n<p>Die Strecke war heute landschaftlich sehr sch\u00f6n. Es ging zwar viel bergauf, aber auch viel bergab, gerade zum Schluss. An einem Berg mit 11% Gef\u00e4lle toppte ich heute nochmal meinen Geschwindigkeitsrekord &#8211; 57.1 Km\/h sagt mein Tacho!<\/p>\n<p>Nun bin ich sehr froh, dass alles so gut geklappt hat und ich trotz teilweise starken Knie Problemen mein Ziel gut erreichen konnte.
